Samples Help

Date
The date of a Sample keeps track of when this Sample occurred. The date field defaults to the current date, to make it easy to add things in at the present, but you can change it if you want to add a Sample for yesterday, last week, ten years ago, etc.

Value
The Value field keeps track of the value of the Trackable at this date. The value should be recorded using the units of that Trackable, so that your Samples can be compared to each other and to other people who are tracking the same thing.

You can upload a picture to go along with any Sample.

You can also type in a text description to accompany the Sample.
